作曲Al Kooper
Once I was someone, looking for someone,
With nothing inside
Something I face now the whole thing is erased,
It's an old game I tried,
Through a crowd of people staring,
Not a face in fifty caring
Now, and yet I, still continue to foul
Through a world I don't know
I feel the music of my life

Feel something falling, the infant is calling
That nobody hear.
Checking my face to see that you got places
Where goes no fear
I see the Christ child gently sleeping
And the Madonna softly weeping
Now, and yet I still continue to foul
Through a world I don't know,

I look at you, and you look back at me
And we stare are each other,
Completely apathy
I'm so sad
Evening is poor
But the morning's all right
If you'll stay close to me while the sun touches night
I'll be glad

Something of no one has inherited so ones
And left back inside
You flee to the east one the wings of a beast
for a new place to hide
Life is only a mansion crumbling, souls and moral conscious tumbling
down
And yet I, still continue to foul
Through a world I don't know
I feel the music of my life

There's no drums on that record, huh?
Yeah, there's no bass either, yeah.
I wondered where the bottom was, that's what was
hard about that whole thing, you know there was, like
a chic, aa the only thing on the bottom, how many
cellos did you have? one cello and a... Well I never
could play drums.
It's a good piece.
